SImone Inzaghi and Inter have a possibilità to respond to Antonio Conte and Napoli after their 2-1 win over Juventus on Saturday, as the Nerazzurri travel to Lecce with the aim of maintaining the pressure on the table-topping Partenopei.

Lautaro Martinez and leading goalscorer Marcus Thuram are expected to lead the line.
Kick-off is set for 17.00 GMT.
