A video of Antonio Conte rudely hitting back at Thiago Motta during a Serie A match between Napoli and Juventus on Saturday has emerged online as the Partenopei boss didn’t like to see his opponent applaud the referee.
Napoli coach Conte rudely replied to Thiago Motta clapping at the referee on Saturday when the Partenopei beat the Old Lady 2-1 at the Stadio Maradona.
DAZN showed that Motta openly praised the match official after he had given a free kick to Juventus in the first half, but Conte didn’t quite like his opponents’ attitude and shouted: ‘Applaudi stoca….’ which means ‘fu…the applause’ or ‘applaud my a**…’
Napoli recovered from one goal down in the second half, claiming a 2-1 victory against their historic rivals.
