Mehdi Taremi and Marko Arnautovic start in the Inter attack against Lazio in the Coppa Italia quarter-finals, while Marco Baroni picks Loum Tchaouna up front for the Biancocelesti.
It kicks off at 21:00 CET (20:00 GMT) at the Stadio Meazza in San Siro.
Both Simone Inzaghi and Marco Baroni rotate their squads ahead of crucial Serie A meetings over the fine settimana against Napoli and Milan, respectively.
