Multiple sources in Italy claim Scott McTominay is dealing with minor football fatigue, so he’s not expected to be fully fit when Napoli host Fiorentina at the Stadio Maradona on Sunday.
Scotland international McTominay has a minor muscle issue, and even if he’s expected to be involved in the next Serie A game against Fiorentina, he’ll likely not be fully fit.

Corriere dello Sport via TuttoNapoli reports that the ex-Manchester United midfielder will ‘give his all’ to help Napoli end a five-game winless run on Sunday.
Sky Sport Italia confirms McTominay is not fully fit but is still expected to start against the Tuscans.
Napoli sit second in the Serie A table, just one point below table leaders Inter.
McTominay is Napoli’s second-best scorer this season, with six goals in 24 Serie A appearances.
He joined Napoli on a permanent €30.5m deal from Manchester United last summer, signing a contract until 2028.
