While Juventus appear set to replace Thiago Motta with Igor Tudor, reports suggest the club could still pursue Antonio Conte in the upcoming summer, aiming to bring the former coach back to Allianz Stadium for the 2025-26 season.
Tudor has emerged as the leading candidate for the role in recent hours, with his willingness to accept a short-term contract until the end of the current campaign, which also includes the Club World Cup, playing a decisive role in Juventus continuing talks with him.

Conte remains Juventus’ ultimate goal following Tudor’s interim appointment
This approach would allow the Bianconeri to keep their options open for the summer, when high-profile managers such as Gian Piero Gasperini, Antonio Conte, and Stefano Pioli could become available and willing to take over.

According to Giovanni Albanese, a reporter for Sportitalia and La Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus still dream of signing Conte after allowing Tudor to manage the team for the final months of this season.

Conte’s future is currently uncertain and remains largely dependent on Napoli’s outcome in the Scudetto race. His potential return to the Bianconeri has long been a topic of speculation, and the club could move quickly if the opportunity arises.
Meanwhile, the club is working to complete the appointment of Tudor by Monday, although sacking Motta is expected to come at a significant financial cost for Juventus.
