Lazio’s 1-1 draw against Torino means six teams are now fighting for two Champions spots, while Napoli are still battling Inter for the Serie A title.
Serie A Week 30 ended on Monday with Verona’s 0-0 home draw against Parma and Lazio’s 1-1 stalemate against Torino.
Inter and Napoli had grabbed three points each on Sunday beating Udinese and Milan with the same result, 2-1.
The Partenopei are the only team keeping up with the defending champions as they remain just three points below the top spot despite just two wins in the last eight games.
Third-placed Atalanta lost 1-0 to Fiorentina and were somehow reintroduced in the race for the top four, seeing Bologna move just two points below.
Juventus sit fifth, one point below the Rossoblu and just three from La Diva, but Roma, Lazio, and Fiorentina are also hoping to earn a Champions spot.
On the other hand, Milan are nine points below the fourth spot and are currently out of a European placement.
Parma’s goalless stalemate in Verona earlier today allowed Christian Chivu’s side to overtake Lecce in 16th and move three points above the drop zone.
