Scott McTominay shakes off a knock to start with Romelu Lukaku, Giacomo Raspadori and Billy Gilmour for leaders Napoli, while Parma have Mateo Pellegrino and Ange-Yoan Bonny.

Napoli saw their lead at the top of the table sliced to a single point with two rounds to go after the 2-2 draw with Genoa, so nerves are setting in.
If Inter are Napoli finish level at the top of the table, then they will need to go through a Scudetto play-off.

Stanislav Lobotka was rushed back from an ankle injury and aggravated it, so Gilmour steps into midfield, with Alessandro Buongiorno and Juan Jesus also out of action, plus David Neres only fit for the bench.
McTominay had a slight muscular issue in training, but he is passed ready to start, with Raspadori and Lukaku again leading the attack.
Matias Olivera is once more used as a makeshift central defender to plug the gaps.

Parma are not yet mathematically safe from the threat of relegation, sitting in 16th place with a four-point cushion from the drop zone.
They beat Juventus here in Week 33, but that was followed by one point from three rounds, including back-to-back defeats against Como and Empoli.
Lautaro Valenti was sent off last fine settimana and is therefore suspended, with a huge injury list including Alessandro Vogliacco, Matteo Cancellieri, Valentin Mihaila, Gabriel Charpentier and Mateusz Kowalski.
Adrian Bernabรฉ and Nahuel Estevez are not at 100 per cent either.
Hernani pulls the midfield strings for coach Cristian Chivu, with Bonny and Pellegrini used together upfront.
