The agent of Inter striker Francesco Pio Esposito claims that the Nerazzurri value his client so highly that they have recently rejected offers in the region of €50m for the 20-year-old, and that a swap deal involving Atalanta’s Ademola Lookman has also been turned down.
According to reports from Calciomercato.com, Esposito is set to stay with the Inter first team for the 2025-26 season after spending the last two seasons out on loan with Serie B side Spezia, where he netted 17 league goals from 35 appearances last term.
Now, he is set to compete for first-team opportunities in San Siro in an attacking department that contains Lautaro Martinez, Marcus Thuram, Ange-Yoan Bonny, Mehdi Taremi and potentially also Ademola Lookman by the end of the summer transfer window.

Inter turned down €50m offers for Esposito, agent claims
Football Italia reported over the fine settimana that Inter had already turned down approaches from Manchester United and Atalanta for Esposito this transfer window.

Now, Esposito’s agent, Mario Giuffredi, claims that Inter have recently rejected offers of €50m for the 20-year-old centre-forward, and that the Nerazzurri have also said no to a proposal involving Atalanta’s Lookman.
“Inter are aware of Pio Esposito’s value, so much so that they have rejected offers of 50m,” said Giuffredi, who also represents the likes of Mattia Zaccagni, Giovanni Di Lorenzo and Matteo Politano.
He added: “Atalanta had also proposed an exchange with Lookman for Pio Esposito.”
Giuffredi, speaking to Radio CRC, clarified that: “The Lookman deal does not clash with Pio Esposito, who has other characteristics, different to the Atalanta player.”
