Napoli are set to sign Vanja Milinkovic-Savic, paying more than his release clause to spread the payment in multiple instalments, while Torino have secured a deal to sign Cyril Ngonge and will soon welcome Franco Israel.
Serbia international Milinkovic-Savic is set to join Napoli on a permanent transfer from Torino.

Sources with direct knowledge of the matter tell me that the defending Serie A champions will pay more than the goalkeeperโs โฌ19m clause to be able to spread his transfer fee in multiple instalments.
At the same time, the Partenopei will send their striker, Ngonge, to Torino on a one-season loan deal.
The Granata will pay โฌ1m for Ngongeโs loan move, but the agreement includes an option to buy for โฌ18m.
Napoli pick Israel to replace Milinkovic-Savic

Ngonge already played under Marco Baroni at Hellas Verona.
Torino are also close to signing ex-Juventus goalkeeper Israel from Sporting CP.
