Andrea Pinamonti joined Nikola Krstovic in turning down a move to Leeds United, so he could remain at Sassuolo or be approached by Atalanta.
Leeds arenโt having the best of luck when pushing for Serie A players this summer, as they were already turned down by then-Torino goalkeeper Vanja Milinkovic-Savic and Lecce forward Krstovic.
We can now confirm that over despite a long pursuit and courtship from Leeds United, who had agreed the fee with Sassuolo, Pinamonti also said no to this move.
Pinamonti future still uncertain

His future remains up in the air, though, because while it is possible he will remain with Sassuolo following their promotion into Serie A, the right offer could be taken into consideration by both club and player.
That could well be in the form of Atalanta, who asked after his availability over the last few days.
Curiously, thatโs because Atalanta are currently seeking a new centre-forward in England and not finding much luck either.
Pinamonti is 26 years old and spent last season on loan at Genoa, where he scored 10 goals in 36 Serie A games.
