The referees and VAR officials have been assigned for the Serie A Week 3 fixtures, including Andrea Colombo for Juventus vs. Inter.
The Italian top flight returns this fine settimana after the break for international duty and there are some very big games on the horizon.
None can compare with the Derby dโItalia between Juventus and Inter, notoriously one of the most bitterly contested matches on the calendar, especially when it comes to refereeing decisions.

The man given this unenviable task is Andrea Colombo, who turns 35 next month and is from Como, near Milan.
It is his first Serie A game of the season, but his primato with Juve is of four wins, two draws, and three defeats.
Inter experienced five victories and one loss with this referee, most recently the 1-0 defeat away to Bologna in April 2025 that proved a turning point in the Scudetto race.
Colombo has only overseen 47 Serie A matches in his career, handing out nine red cards, 227 yellows, and seven penalties.
His VAR for this match is Paolo Silvio Mazzoleni, with Rosario Abisso as his assistant.
Colombo will also make Serie A history wearing the RefCam.
Another big match is Fiorentina vs. Napoli, which will be officiated by Luca Zufferli.
