Kim Min-Jae has reportedly been offered to Serie A clubs, including Milan, while the Rossoneri continue monitoring Destiny Udogie and Andrea Cambiaso.
Milan are working to strengthen their team under Massimiliano Allegri in 2025-26, and the starting point will be the defensive department as the Rossoneri have conceded more than 40 goals in each of the last three Serie A seasons.
According to the latest Gazzetta report, an option to reinforce the backline comes from Germany as Bayern Munich are willing to offload ex-Napoli centre-back Kim Min-Jae.
Kim offered to Milan

Gazzetta claims that Bayern have tasked a famous Italian agent with finding a new team for the South Korea international who has been offered to Serie A clubs, including Milan.

Official negotiations between the two clubs haven’t yet begun, but the Serie A giants have already been informed that the Bavarians are seeking a permanent transfer exceeding €30m. Kim’s salary is also an obstacle, given that the 28-year-old earns between €8m and €9m, including bonuses, and his contract expires in 2028.
Milan could potentially push for a loan deal with an obligation to buy or ask Bayern to contribute to paying the player’s salary and severance pay if he leaves permanently.
Other Milan targets in defence

Other targets in central defence include Mario Gila (Lazio), Giovanni Leoni (Parma), Pietro Comuzzo (Fiorentina) and Berat Djimsiti (Atalanta).
Elsewhere in defence, the Serie A giants continue to monitor Udogie and Cambiaso for the left-back role, as Theo is expected to leave.
Milan have already accepted a €30m bid from Al-Hilal, but the Frenchman is waiting for offers from Europe.
