Antonio Conte has a contract with Napoli that runs to June 2027, however there are reports he would be free to leave this summer if he wanted, with Juventus and Milan both linked.
The coach had taken time out following the end of his experience at Tottenham Hotspur and returned to Serie A to lead Napoli into the Scudetto race, where they remain only three points adrift of leaders Inter.
Nonetheless, there continue to be suggestions he is being targeted for next season by different Italian clubs, above all Milan and a potential comeback to Juve.
Conte has option to walk away from Napoli

According to Calciomercato.com, this is entirely possible, despite the fact he is tied to a contract at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona until June 2027.
It’s because there is no clause in the contract, which could’ve been used to pay a certain figure to buy him out of the deal.
However, its absence also means that the Italian rules would allow Conte to simply walk away if he handed in his resignation and gave up payment of any future wages.
If Conte were to be sacked by Napoli, he could appeal and demand that the salary continues to be paid until there is a contract resolution or termination by mutual consent.
Effectively, while Napoli continue to maintain there is no reason why their coach should not be at the helm next season, the decision is ultimately in his hands.
