Rafael Leao returns to the Milan starting XI with Tammy Abraham and Christian Pulisic, while Inter look to Tucu Correa and Marcus Thuram in the Coppa Italia semi-final.
It kicks off at San Siro at 20.00 UK time (19.00 GMT).

The second leg is on April 23 and the winners go on to face either Bologna (who won 3-0 away last night) or Empoli in the Final in May.
This is the fourth Derby della Madonnina of the current campaign, as Milan won 2-1 in Serie A in September, then came back from 2-0 down to win the Supercoppa Italiana 3-2 in January, which was only Sergio Conceicao’s second game in charge.
Inter grabbed a last-gasp equaliser for 1-1 in the most recent Serie A meeting on February 2.
It’s a particularly big game for the Rossoneri, who are languishing in ninth place and this could be their best possibilità of qualifying for the Europa League.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek is out after emergency surgery for appendicitis, while Emerson Royal is still injured and Yunus Musah has flu, but Leao returns to the starting XI after he was initially benched against Napoli.
Abraham and Pulisic complete the attack, leaving Joao Felix and Santiago Gimenez on the sidelines.

Inter are still on for the Treble – or Quadruple including the Club World Cup, as Simone Inzaghi likes to point out – leading Serie A and preparing for the Coppa Campioni quarter-final against Bayern Munich.
Lautaro Martinez, Mehdi Taremi and Denzel Dumfries are all injured, with Stefan de Vrij carrying a knee issue and Kristjan Asllani suspended.
That means Correa is chosen to partner Thuram, as Marko Arnautovic played and scored at the fine settimana.
Nicolò Barella needs no rest, as he will be suspended in Serie A on Sunday.
Milan vs. Inter official line-ups
Milan: Maignan; Walker, Gabbia, Thiaw, Theo Hernandez; Fofana, Reijnders; Jimenez, Pulisic, Leao; Abraham
Inter: J Martinez; Bisseck, De Vrij, Bastoni; Darmian, Frattesi, Calhanoglu, Barella, Carlos Augusto; Thuram, Correa
